No, this isnt possible, sorry.
The tazer guards however are programmed (or at least were in alpha) to prefer to stay in sectors where more dangerous inmates are. This is vanilla non-mod behaviour, assuming it still works/hasnt changed.
You could test and share your anectodal findings.
