Custom Sound Effects Origins?

Where can i download the custom sound effects and what are they called? (Like the ones emanating from the loudspeakers)

I don't know which one you mean but if you type snd_show 1 in console you get a little sound tracker in the top right that shows what sounds are playing at that moment. Tracks volume and file path, might give you some insight.
