Imagining the stats, though, I'm thinking of a shorter clip (8 shots, perhaps?) and a slower firing speed, but more damage and accuracy (The sort of side-weapon used for defense when you only need to kill something quickly, not something to be used as a main weapon all the time).
Perhaps reloading the gun draws ammo from your Metal reserve, too, something like 5 metal per shot, so that you cannot abuse of your higher damage per shot factor, if these stats I suggested were applied, and so that you keep your main clip, but only the reserve ammo comes from your Metal, instead of a Widowmaker-like weapon.
