Good, but also bad.
The Flat Liner has a good concept, but one problem... medic guns are supposed to heal.

Then slap a -70% heal rate on it. Thus it heals, but it's more in favor of a combat medic. Which is it's original purpose.

I do have to agree,it's a MEDI-gun :3 Plus Valve decides what the stats will be anyways, but I like the name and look! Makes me wanna play Battle Medic :)
Healing is the bread and butter of the Medic. Take away the healing of the medigun, and what do you have?

A battle medic.\
Also, they can still heal using the crusaders crossbow.

The real stats should be -30% heal rate and -50% uber duration. Then it tells how it works.

The gun itself looks great, the stats are kinda eh though. I agree with the idea of nerfing the duration of the uber and letting it heal a little bit, but the "gain uber with damage" bit is what I don't like. I feel like there's a better thing to do with that uber that still lives up to the name instead of just both the uber and crits.
Maybe whoever's being healed is marked for death, but gets mini-crits as well? And then the uber could give extended mini-crits or something, without the mark.
That's setting medic up for some serious trolling and team griefing though.

The uber should last 75% and heals 10% with no overheal
And it gives out minicrits and uber
It charges 1.5x quicker than the stock

What on earth are half of the people here thinking? All this item is doing is promoting a battle medic. No one freaked out over the gun slinger coming out, and demo knights are just fine. So what is the problem with this gun? It is balanced completely and promotes battle medics. No one says, "Demo-Knights shouldn't have sword, it ruins the DEMO class!" And having uber and being invincible seems overpowered, but uber soesnt last long. So with healing completely removed and only ubering when the person your healing does damage seems like an even way to have an item promoting a Combat Medic. 8/10!

But with the crossbow,it's hard to deal damage, making it useless to have the two items together.

it heals but dosent overheal
