Moar Crawlspaces!
The mod could use some improvement.
From (almost) guaranteed item in crawlspaces, this mod adds a lot of underwhelming crawlspaces, most of the time not worth even trying to get through them, cause the potential rewards offered are really poor.

I'd say this mod would be fair if the added crawlspaces offered items, while replacing the vanilla crawlspaces to contain only chests of sacks. This mod adds challenging crawlspaces with puzzles or traps which are fun and should logically offer better rewards, but the rewards are usually not worth bothering, maybe a chest, trinket, or rarely an item.

I think the most dangerous crawlspaces like one with firing stoneys should have a minimum tier 2 itempool pedestal (or two pedestals to choose from like alt path treasure room). The ones with passive traps like spikes should have minimum tier 1 itempool pedestal or 2 trinkets. And vanilla ones should contain only pickups and chests, with maybe trinkets.

With this setup the dangerous trapdoors would be more worth diving into, and the "More Trapdoors" Mod synergy would be better balanced. I hope you agree. :reheart:

Can't tell how hard what I'm suggesting would be to implement, but I think it would improve the mod. Currently I turned it off, as most crawlspaces I got with it weren't worth the challange.

I really like the idea of puzzles in crawlspaces, especially if mod is gonna be expanded, I wonder what can be done with brimstone stoneys or rockwave stoneys.

Point taken on the lackluster rewards, I'll go through the rooms and give more of them item pedestals and bolstering pickup amounts. And, I don't want to hinder the vanilla crawlspaces that much, besides overwriting base-game stuff can cause issues with other mods.

Since the time I wrote that post I''ve got more knowledge about how mods work, so yeah messing with vanilla crawls would be a bad idea. :)

I also just updated the mod to make the changes I said, along with adding more spaces. Hopefully they're worth the challenge.
