add weather versions of the map
how about we add a version of the map like rainy daytime nighttime dawn

The only reason why I used a foggy outcast setting is because it perfectly hides the way that the environment cycles around the map. I'm working on a kind of a daytime map to include in v1 soon, but I can't promise anything.

Perhaps there could be a version of the night version, but the fog is slightly darker and there is a rain effect? I'd love to see this map in more kinds of environments.
