Bug: Green color keeps being added every time I add a note

[Allow the (very rare) Bicscalibur pen to spawn?] Option does nothing.

Bug: When adding a note, it adds another green square.

Every time you open the menu to write a note on your map, it adds another green square. This[ibb.co] for example, is getting pretty full on the UI.

This is still an issue. Also seems to somehow cause memory leak and eventually crash the game without any errors, tho I'm not sure whether only when using with Extra Map Symbols UI or alone.
