The modifiers would be:
"monthly_dynasty_prestige" (this one adds a number boost, ie: 0.2 would add literally 0.2 a month) and/or "monthly_dynasty_prestige_mult" (this adds a percentage, ie: 0.2 would be 20% of the current total amount)
Along with those, it could also give the current player a small bump in personal prestige as well.
I like this! Yes I agree, renown is definitely on my priority list because its a big area that takes immense time just to dent but I'll be sure to keep it balanced and nothing too big - I like the idea of a few court roles contributing lil bits to renown so we can finally have one other spot to get it.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cursus_publicus - Roman Empire state mandated courier.
- increased Faction Military Power Threshold for Vassals (+3 to +15)
- Increased plot attack and defense (2% to 10%)
The logic is that by having couriers delivering information you can keep your vassals in line more easily, as well as plot more efficiently
I love this! Surprised I didn't think of plot off the bat! Definitely will incorporate these.
If you appoint your own family or son as co-basileus you secure the inheritance and lessen the short reign penalty, but all vassals gets an opinion penalty." - AXIS
(just so I don't forget)
Court Painter: med. salary, boosts to grandeur, prestige, diplomacy, attraction, maybe create paintings as artifacts?
Royal Beastkeeper: med. salary, small boosts across the board — grandeur, prestige, renown, martial (war beasts), diplo (exotic beasts), steward (beasts of burden), intrigue (venomous beasts), learning (taxonomical studies), prowess (animal training), etc. Maybe trigger one or more pet scenarios?
Court Valets: counterparts to Ladies in Waiting (must be men, for make rulers).
Natural Philosopher: high salary, must be Learning L4, significant boost to innovation progress." - CaliBlueBear
Harem Guardian that adds massive negatives to other people trying to seduce or romance your spouses/unwed family members while also granting prestige. Requires ruler to be polygamous or have concubines.
Good ones, I like these. Not sure about the name for the 2nd one, but I like the concept.
These are great. Have you looked into triggering events? If so, that could be applied to what we were talking about with the Royal Judge position, too aid in realm control.

Also, big question, but could there be a UI change? This is a very big list to scroll through atm. Something like an array of portraits around the court would be more convenient, and probably look better too.
However in the mean time I think something in my abilities could be to create an additional separate tab from the three "common" / "royal" / "special" ? Should we just put all of the expanded in it or would that kinda ruin the immersion? Any different tab ideas?
