More info plz
I like how you said that 5 sheets doesn't mean 5 spools
Also that its a result of Tailor skill

It doesn't however say if that's the same for the rest
Like twisting thread into twine, would it give half as much twine as you put in thread?
Is it also based off of skill? It's not clear, only the sheets to spools is

Then also how much each craft is going to cost
All this info would be great just so we can know if its intended to be balanced or not

This mod has the very basics of adding crafting with sheets and threads
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2621259304
It doesn't however have all the extra stuff this mod has
But has info that shows its balanced for my server

Sorry I took a while to answer. So the salvage for thread recipe/action is skill based like as mentioned. The better your skill the more thread you get, each 5 sheets has the potential to give 10 thread units or one spool at master level.

The other recipes are all straight conversions. However if you merge thread to twine and then unravel the twine you will loose some thread. Right now it take 5 thread spools to make a twine. When you unravel the twine to thread you get 4 thread spools. I decided put in some material loss to prevent a player from master leveling tailoring from the same 5 thread to add some balance since each recipe gives some exp. Each disassemble recipe that grants XP incurs about a 20% material loss compared to the crafting of the item.

I like the idea of the recipe table BasicCrafting uses. I think I will plan on adding a detail section in a similar style.
