ragdolls falling over

I notice whenever I spawn a ragdoll, a few seconds pass and they just fall over and essentially sit down. Is there a way to fix it?

remove all performance mods, they delete the ragdoll's insides or conflict with the code

I removed every and all performance mods and the ragdolls are still falling over. Idk what else is causing it
