Please don't 1:1 tools:output or machines:output

This is weird and disgusting to ship one tool or one machine to get one coal/iron_ore/stone.

I have to edit the

res\construction\industry\uep2_40e_custom_mine.con

to change tools to 1:25 and machines to 1:50 to achieve some sanity.

You could add that to the mod options menu for new game or load game, a slider for the ratios.
