Like the Greek Myrmidon they are meant to counter human units from the other civs, they also have a cleave attack that damage a couple units adjacent to the one they're attacking. However, they are a Mythic Age unit and can only be trained from the Calmecac (Aztec fortress) so they require a serious resource investment. Shorn Warriors were one of, if not the most elite class Aztec warriors. Btw, if you want to leave ideas/suggestions feel free to join the English discord...link in the mod description.
yes, we're aware the shorn warrior isn't strong enough. And you could be right about the bonus not working properly.
BTW can you help me with something else as well? I remember reading the changelog for the older civs in this mod somewhere, but now I can't find it. The only thing I remember is Gardens have their obstruction radius reduced from 4.0 to 3.5, right? I'm specifically looking for info on whether the Egyptian Khopesh Swordsmen are classed as 'runner' class infantry as well.
Runners are unique to Aztec, so the answer should be no.
Good to know that the Shorn Warrior's bug is being tracked
I must admit, marking Khopesh as Runners is growing on me, altho it's not yet implemented.
