These stats are so ridiculous and useless that I actually want to see them in the game if not just for that description.

Basically this is stronger at a range than the other SMGs, but weaker up-close. You don't have crits whatsoever - mini-crits will be enough to take down a foe, even at a range.
Yeah, I know, but I don't think a single weapon thus far turns crits into mini-crits as a down-side. Besides, headshot bonuses on an SMG would be redundant (not to mention a tiny bit OP), since you could just use your sniper rifle.
