thread for model/texture problems
if something is broken, verify the local files first. if that doesnt help, name the model (use the submaterial tool to list the textures if needed) and describe the issue.

ex:

console states "Model missing: models/gsgtrainprops/parts/horns/leslie_a200.mdl"
spawn menu icon is an error.
