Late reply, but yeah he was supposed to be kinda like the gman of this horror mod series I never finished, making the protagonist do some terrible things, and is the one who set in motion a lot of bad events, including the mom trying to revive family members with evil rituals which summoned the Umbrella man.

I never really got far on this mod so its now just a shell of its former self in the form of a small gmod scary forest map.
