Update! Ver. 2.28.22
Oops! I made Ristar a heavyweight on his initial release, for I am very bad at math. He's a lightweight now, as intended! (knockback_adj = 1.2)

Also, grounded DSpecial now raises you higher before the launch. Now you can use it more offensively!
