I noticed that too. I'd be fine with it if those modules were a lot more expensive to replicate, but since the game's own base cost is so low for them (probably so you can't farm them for money) it makes them trivially easy to replicate.
You can test which mods are incompatible by repeating the procedure above but turn on your other mods in batches as well to narrow down the issues. You can then combine the mods using the procedure I wrote in the other thread.
As for the cost of replicating artifacts; I will include that in a future update. I haven't played Avorion in a while so I've just been maintaining my mods.
