Can we please have a way, as a server owner, to set the default keybindings?

F1 conflicts with a lot of other mods, so Id like to shift it down to F2-F4, but its annoying every player has to do this themselves.

Also ability to limit # of death markers (maybe config for what the default limit is) and auto delete oldest, and player can change their own limit client wise.
