Ships for non-vanilla races (and the Advanced Logistics Frigate) have been renamed for lore consistency with any given player's game; if you don't have the Angels, it wouldn't make sense to have a ship built by them. I'm probably the only one that cares though!

The Frigate got renamed because it is way too large to be a frigate.
