Some observations from looking over the error log (running both EST and ESAP):
"country_edict_cap_add = 1" should be replaced with "country_edict_fund_add = 50"

"country_election_influence_cost_mult" should be replaced with "country_election_cost_mult"

"buildings_upgrade_allow" should be removed. It needs no replacement because it its functionality is sorta implied now.

"tech_repeatable_improved_edict_length" should be removed since the tech no longer exists. It needs no replacement since it was only used in lists of repeatable techs, and was only included because it was also a repeatable.

"planet_managers_energy_produces_add", "planet_managers_consumer_goods_upkeep_mult", "planet_managers_unity_produces_add", and "planet_districts_cities_energy_upkeep_add" are nonfunctional but Universal Modifier Patch makes them work again.

ESAP should be loaded before EST, EST includes a dummy version of "ap_esap_bio_cyber_psi_2" and "ap_esap_bio_cyber_psi_2_plain" that I'm worried might replace ESAP's version
