As USA have invaded Europe and am now in Germany, Want to set the states in Germany I have conquered to being occupied by USA. I marked a single province in Germany that was occupied by Netherlands, and then clicked on the USA, and choose the option to change occupation. It takes a while, but when it is done, I see that it changed the state I marked, but also set the entire USSR to being occupied by USA. I have uninstalled the mod, but no matter what, it always includes the USSR.
