They're still there, they've just been moved to the profile panel. You must open the register panels and choose the profile one. Find and edit an existing profile or create a new one. In the second panel (where the voice packs and physgun/player colors are), look for the permanent friend option. Select it, and save the profile. That Zeta will spawn as a friend whenever it's spawned (and will bypass the friend limit, but still count towards it as well). If they do not spawn with the always in game option, try this: 1. Make sure you DID set one as a permanent friend. 2. Make sure friends are enabled (the friend limit doesn't matter, as they can bypass it). 3. Enable the always in game option. 4. Go to the general settings and enable Use Profiles, but disable Profiles only. They SHOULD start always spawning when you try to spawn them instead of choosing a random Zeta. This helped for me, if it doesn't work, then I don't know what else would work.
