Report a translation problem
I figured it out, these steps weren't highlighted in the tutorial video, however they are outlined in the actual ingame zeta menus. In order for the voice packs to work, not only must the audio sample be set to (44100 Hz) but the tracks must be mixed down to a mono setting instead of stereo, otherwise the audio won't play. The decibel must also be set pretty high in order to be heard ingame.
Perhaps there is some sort of addon conflicting with the voicepack? Or somehow the file path was messed up. Other then that I’m not too sure what could cause it. It might be best to check the file path a second time
