Custom zeta profiles are not speaking on 100% voice chance or saving their bodygroups, what is causing this?

Both the voice chance and the body groups option in the edit profile panel are not working for me when I make a new profile or edit an old one, do you know why this might be the case? For example, the new players barely talk, and they are set with the same default skin instead of my custom one.
