certain maps dont let zetas move

my zetas dont move in certain maps like for example, gm_vault, the motions of them dont work. they dont move,run,jump, all they do is noclip to random places and freeze again. how to fix? is it a bug?

The map probably doesn't have a navmesh

it needs a navmesh, if it doesnt generate one
