Hey there! Nice mod you got there! But I think the price of the DRam (And possibly SRam, but I haven't digged much on this one) is kinda brocken:
The manufacturing cost of DRam is 50$ when you produce it yourself, add to this the 11$ physical store cut, and your raw price per DRam unit is 61$ (This does not includes the courrier/support/development/marketing prices).

All the companies are selling the Ram somewhere between 55$ and 63$, which when you consider the additionnal prices I listed, brings the retail price under the per unit expenses for the production/marketing/distribution, making it impossible to make a profit making this type of hardware. I tried to sell it slightly higher (75$) to try to make at least a small per unit profit, but since the price is higher than all the other companies, I haven't sold a single Unit...

I can also see in my game that not a single DRam or SRam product ever made a profit for any company, and I am now in 1995, so this does looks like a bug.

Thank you, I'll get right that!

Problem should have been solved!

I can't load your mod anymore after beta 1.1.17, it seems to be related to name generators.

It should have been fixed now :).

Sadly this had me required to remove a lot of namegenerators and I don't really have much time on my hand atm due to moving apartment in a couple of days and such, but will get that fixed aswell when I'm settled in!

Am using your mod and I've noticed that making a Console is kinda impossible to do correctly. It appears to be acting like a software product (console for PC or console for phone... makes no sense). I am also unable to do anything with SYSTEM during the attempt at consoles, because there are no motherboards for it on the market.

Any advice?
CharliePryor 19 Apr, 2022 @ 5:20pm
Potentially unrelated, but maybe not... Nobody (not one single other company) are making consoles. They simply don't exist on the market. They also are not making games. I'm the exclusive provider of games worldwide. They are all making movies instead it seems. I'm 18 years into the game.

So atm there's probably companies not making a lot of the things, due to experiencing some issues I've had. I have been very busy from moving but will very soon get all the bugs and issues fixed and possibly also add some more updates.

But no Motherboards? That seems weird I'll have a look at that soon since there definitely should be Motherboards.

Also could you specify a little better with consoles?

Also, just following up on this... you've made this kinda impossible to efficiently produce RAM. I haven't tried the other ones yet, but like.. it's taken me hours to try and figure out the ratios of each machine and how to get them into processors without a lot of waste, simply because of the timings that are presented. 15... 10... ..... 6? Come on. Then the copper and wire are 10 and 2, which is fine... but then they process to something in 8 minutes... and feed into another machine at 15? That is impossible to do 100%, and the sheer size of the place to get any production at a good speed is insanity.

Can we at least get this into a sensible multiples? I realize it isn't supposed to be "place these and go" but we're flip flopping with limited factory tools and prime numbers here

Yes, I understand what you're saying I can definitely get that handled.
