Here is the issue I am having: None of the Levies or retinue soldiers are getting reinforced. it says 0/month. I have tried playing several different starts and this seems to be the same issue all over the map.

I am on version 1.6.1.2 (the most up to date version of CK3) I am using the correct order for your mod List, the only Mods that I am not using are Sinews of War and CMH base. I dont know if anyone else has this problem. It is not one I have seem since V1.2 way back when the game first launched.
