So one issue I've come across in my custom map is that for some reason traffic lights are not being added to intersections by the AI, even though I'm currently in the year 1941 (Start year was 1880).

I know this mod can remove traffic lights, but I'd like to know if the ability to add traffic lights in bulk to sections could be added to the mod, including the 2 lane intersections. This would also be helpful since I got the US traffic lights mod, but I'd have to upgrade the streets before they can replace the vanilla models.
