How about pervitin? Makes you awake but also makes you thirsty and hungry af.

I will consider this option. For now, you should pay attention to "Immersive Medicine"

Yeah, I have it installed and afaik that mod has morphine and it's supposed to be a painkiller, not stimulator. Wonder if I should ask author of that mod about this. I heard there was "improvised pervitin" in real life that could actually make someone stimulated for couple days and then, when it's "positive" effects end, patient can get paralysed for a week. Would be funny if someone made that.

Just adding drugs to the game is not difficult. They are more difficult to introduce into the narrative to make it look logical, since this requires making addiction and the possibility of death when using a large amount of drug in a short period of time, adding a vomiting debuff when broken, and so on. Immersive medicine in this regard is well suited and I hope the development staff will be more to implement ideas. As they say One head is good but two is better.
