By default, the map you'll be in after "noclipping" is https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2732733089
^ That map doesn't exactly have "levels," but luckily, you can change the map you'll load into by typing "sv_backrooms_map [MAP NAME]" into the console.
Don't use quotation marks, and replace [MAP NAME] with the name of a map of your choosing. For your situation, I recommend one of the following:
