zooming too close

when i zoom to ships like 7 km from me i cannot keep them in the picture beacuse the binoculars move.
is it made by the mod or just the game?
Is ther a solution for this?

I would like to reduce zoom. Hold Shift to stop moving binoculars.

thank you, using Q and E you can change the zoom strenght by small increments
