BUG: Scharfschutze camo doesn't work
It simply doesn't work. I tested it in the whole Storm over Europe 1939, in every scenario. No recons, no adjacent units, no aircrafts nearby. Still, they're attacked by enemy when in range - by infantry, tanks, airplanes.. please correct it.
