Boss Fighting Guides, Tips, and Strategies
Put here strategies that you reccommend others to try against this boss! Whether using vanilla or modded creatures from mods like ark additions!

(Also, not trying to be rude, but if anyone here posts strategies that involve using overhaul mods or mods with OP creatures I'll delete your comment instantly, thats not a guide or strategy, thats called turning off your brain and spamming LMB for 10 seconds and killing the boss...)

I'll start off!

Heres a few notes that might help you!

Lucifier and his minions are immune to fire and fire damage, with the exception being explosive fire which they are resistance to.
All of them are weak to tek damagetype (not all tek damagetypes though because weird ark stuff).
2x on minions. 4x on the boss (and slightly more on the reaper variants). Additionall the nevermore is weak to water damage!

Some minions are immune to some other debuffs like bleed or blood curse!

All minions when wild spawn in with a timer that despawns them after it is up. They also have a loyalty buff wild and tamed which prevents them from getting fear roared, intimidated, or terrified away!

Below 25% hp Lucifer may emit a roar at times, whether or not there are any minions active. If there are, all minions in the radius get their timers reset, aggro onto lucifers target, and get a buff that greatly increases their damage, slightly defense, and regenerate health insanely fast!

While some minions have some armor, lucifer has none, however he can only take a maximum of 1% of his max health in damage at any time, so focus on rate of damage rather than raw damage!

Lucifer gains more attacks as the fight goes on. He also has trample damage which destroys structures easily.



====================[MINIONS]====================

[Suffering Soul]: A dark humanoid-like enemy with flaming eyes and fists. With a gang bonus, speed, and fast aggro range, they are very dangerous in groups and have fast attack speeds and bleed. Combined with rather powerful blows they can quickly wipe out weaker creatures at command.
Their punches inflict massive amounts of torpor at fast speeds and their sword slam deals high damage and inflicts bleed.

[Hellhound]: A large horned dog-like creature with a thick neck and flaming eyes. Hellhounds have surprisingly low aggro radius and very little armor, and arent as fast as you'd think. They may roar charging into battle giving an oppurtunity for you to strike first. A vital opening to take advantage of, they will heal from hitting corpses and their claws inflict bleed and shred armor. Their bite is dangerous too, inflicting blood curse! But most deadly is their fire breath, which fires into the sky and arc downwards, this has a recent cooldown and low damage but sets targets on fire and has high DPS. And a small AOE with explosive damage. And its fire attacks can also kill through the mount....

[Nevermore]: An enormous fiery bird. Nevermore spawns in with a damaging explosion! Summoned as a flock above the bosses head making it hard to dispatch them, their claws ignore armor and bite gives regeneration. While they lack the ability to grab when both tamed and wild, they can spit a stream of fire after a wind-up, simalier to the hellhound, but much shorter duration yet shooting more projectiles per second. These dont do too much damage either but set things on fire. They target from a far distance and alert all demons when damaged.

[Demonling]: The smaller of the two, resembling a fiery reaper the demonling may also roar to start the fight, though it wont advance so you must engage to start the advantage, like nevermore they spawn in with an animation giving some time to strike them, they are heavily armored. They heal on hitting corpses and have a bite that inflicts fire, they shoot fireballs from their tails, their spin inflicts torpor, stuns, and pierces armor. They even have a tongue to inflict torpor and inflict blood curse! Luckily they spawn in smaller groups than the other demons, meaning they are likely to be less deadly despite this.

[Greater Demonling]: Resembling a deformed reaper queen, the larger of the two demons even has a boss health bar, with the health of an alpha carno and immense armor, while not classified as a boss it possesses simalier traits to the smaller. Spawning in with a fiery explosive that doesnt do damage to notify their prescence, these despawn much slower than the lesser demonlings. Their tail spin deals even more torpor and inflicts cocooned, their roars are slower but louder, They spray instead of sniping fire, and their heavy bite is much deadlier. They can also shoot explosive fireballs from their mouths to kill riders off mounts with ease. And repair health very fast. Only summoned later on in the fight, their deadliest attack is a charge-up, indicated by them coiling up, if they detonate, huge damage and knockback is inflicted, but not only that, it inflicts a deadly blood curse, inflicts fire, and can even sap away up to 20% of the targets maximum health in 10 seconds. Beware if lucifer manages to buff up one of these creatures!
