Sadly that isn't quite possible, we could make different camera gameobjects attached to the pole that could be interchanged, but that would cause extreme lag and might not even be work the time for the confusion it causes.
Could be solved by having (like Lin Monitors) having 9 identical camera/monitor pairs. Or by being able to pick on the monitor, which camera feed to show.

Demolition charges are a totally different aspect of the game, and those charges are only linked under certain limitations. We cannot detect a link, nor can make a script that detects it without server side implementation.
