How do you enable it?
No matter what ive tried i cant get it working i searched for it but not working please help me with this issue

I might sound like a dumbass but did you try redownloading the mod or restarting the game?

what worked for me was going to the weapon part of the "Q" menu and typing outlast, a square with the name "*Outlast* Hands Swep" appears and you click it and you get the hands. (english is not my first language)

try using VMAnip, as how Dankot said first equip the "outlast hands swep" and it should work
