v2.9.1 Nep is back at what i'd say is a decent base, though the u-strong change for how many hits it does still lets opponents slip out; If it's about keeping it from not doing as much damage, i'd say just increase the stun between the hits and or the vacuum effect. Another thing that has been bothering me is how a lot of her arcing attacks don't visually line up with their actual hitbox: The most notable are her jab, u-strong, and f-strong in both forms. The blade streak shows it going over her head for both jab and f-strong, but there isn't a hitbox there like there would be for any other sword character. Even base game Clairen has every hitbox aligned to where the sword visually travels. As for u-strong (I know I keep bringing this move up), on closer inspection, i've noticed her hurtbox not only extends outside of the effective hitbox for the rising kick portion, but the hitbox isn't even that much above her, making it lose every trade as an anti air; I'd say just adjust the hit boxes to where the streaks of the attacks are since that's what most players would intuitively think would be the hitting portion if they weren't looking at it in training mode.
