I have changed the file on the server and on my computer but now it tell me the file doesn't match the server file Hydrocraft\media\scripts\Hydrocraft\HC_Metalurgy.txt... any solution ?

If its still not fixed and you want to do it for a server you would have to do something really annoying, adding the changed mod manually to your serever and EVERY client would have to download the changed version from you or change it themself and also add it manually to their list. ( https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Installing_mods ) generally not worth the trouble, if you are admin anyway just place a chest full of bellows somewhere and say they are free until its patched.
