Hi Leroy, these traits are should be hidden - you get them by wearing the Reflective Ski Sunglasses (which removes Short Sighted). You can also find a Broken Hearing Aid and repair it (Electrical 6) to remove Hard of Hearing. Hearing aids used to spawn directly, but that was too easy so I made a 'broken' version spawn instead that can't be repaired easily.

So if I have all 4 traits on my character? I won't be able to remove hard of hearing and short sighted by finding these items?

you can't get the wearing glasses and hearing aids traits unless you cheat them in with the debug mode. If you have the short sighted, or hard of hearing traits, wearing hearing aids, or glasses will counteract those negative traits by giving you the positive traits though code while you are wearing them

The game displays their name as just "Reflective Sunglasses", you can find them on zombies.

I've killed thousands of zombies and no reflective glasses yet. Will have to look in pawnshop in louisville

I found only one glasses in pawn's shop in louisville, searched all of them. Then I lost them somewhere while fighting zombies :)
