I'll just put it this way. Beating the western states to Idaho required cheats. I just finished a reunification. I had to use the focus autocomplete cheat to do it. Even with this I almost couldn't.

Just saying, a bypass option would be good when locked out by other nations conquests.

I would love an expanded Walt Disney path for California. I feel there is a lot of unrealized potential in that tree, so much so it could be an entire separate mod.
