Game Initial Cash

The Game Initial Cash option would be really great if it allowed me to enter a custom number. Currently if I enter anything into that field, replacing the default value, and hit "enter" it reverts back to $715,000.

I often use the $150,000 starting money mod, it would be nice to replace it with this functionality
