Did I miss any type of NPC that can glitch and cannot be removed via normal means? Post here. Make sure to include screenshots and/or save files too.

I've encountered an issue with Pest Control not leaving, and resulting in two of them getting bugged out and being unable to be removed.

I wanted to see how far I could get with weather and rats being set to 'high', but I don't think either could have bugged out the pest control workers from leaving. I do have a suspicion it might be due to the timer for them leaving having broken and resulting in them not going.

I checked the save file, the reason the pest control arent leaving is because none of the visitor helicopters ever dock (and for some reason they cannot be dismantled either).

Additionally the visitor boat that leaves keeps getting respawned by another visitor boat, but each new visitor boat gets the "Leaving" status when it should get an intake related status, this could be the reason the logistics are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up (I even tried to manually delete it via script and the game just keeps spawning more...)

The prison could probably be fixed via save editing but best I can advise is that you should send this save file to PDX for investigation...

Edit: So I spawned some extra boat docks in and the game keeps spawning visitor boats that leave the map instantly and get replaced by newly spawned visitor boats (???), hogging the queue. This is probably the origin of all issues.

I mean I guess I could add a pest control remover, but that wont fix the fact the released inmates, emergency services, garbage, exports and dead bodies cant leave because of the non functioning inbound/outbound system...

Can you make an update to remove booze bags as well. I have a save where there is at least 100 in one solitary cell...
