Oversight, Orbital Stations
Orbital Stations do not receive any modifiers from your mod.
They are never under siege and do not experience resource shortage penalties.

What do you mean by Orbital Stations? Do you mean Habitats?

Habitat sieges work just fine for me. They get the "Under Siege" modifier and, if they local stockpile runs out, they get the the appropriate penalties for local resource shortages. What specifically isn't working for you?

That is a good question, since is the last mod on the loading list.
Sadly, I won't go through 103 mods to figure out which conflicts though. It works with everything but habitats so its fine :P

That is very strange. I wrote this for maximum compatibility. I've even heard of people using it with total conversion mods. If you happen to find the conflict, let me know and I'll see if I can fix it
