To anyone confused on how to install the sounds
You can find the mod file here in Steam Workshop directory, just copy and paste this file path:
%PROGRAMFILES(x86)%\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2786473675\mods\The Last of Us Sounds of Infected\media\sound\banks\Desktop , click and copy the ZomboidSound.bank file that is 545mb big.

extract the mod file to here Project Zomboid game directory, just copy and paste this file path: %PROGRAMFILES(x86)%\Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\sound\banks\Desktop and place the mod file in Desktop folder, remember to backup the 328 mb bank file first so it saves the original zombies sounds just in case if you want to use reuse the original zombies sounds again.

If your confused about what I mean by 545 mb and 328 mb it means the size of the files, just highlight the file and hover your mouse over the file to see how big it is. The 328 mb bank file is the original zombies sounds while the 545 mb file is The Last of Us : Sounds of Infected sounds mod.

I'll make a Youtube video soon to give a better explanation.

Hope this helped.

For those like me who were unable to find the mod folder that contains the sound file to copy, I believe it's because "%PROGRAMFILES(x86)%" brought me to my C drive, but I have the game installed in a different Steam Install directory.

To find the correct directory, in Steam, right click Project Zomboid -> Manage -> Browse Local Files.
This brought me to a folder with a path that ends in "Steam\Library\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid"

From there, you can use the paths that the original instructions provided, starting from the "Steam" folder:
1) Go to "...Steam\Library\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2786473675\mods\The Last of Us Sounds of Infected\media\sound\banks\Desktop", and copy "ZomboidSound.bank"
2) Go to "...Steam\Library\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\sound\banks\Desktop", and paste the file there.

As it's been noted, because you're overriding the original file, make sure to backup the original file, in case you want to switch back.

Hope that helps someone
