the chopper doesnt move around the map and cant be distracted by explosions

the distraction is a bit buggy he dosent move to the location where i detracted him

Couple of questions:
Where did you play the mod(level,mode)
Did you activate the mod?

have 2 versions of the heli that you can have, one with a lot of health (current one) and one that has low health and goes down to like 1 rpg

Have you tried the options Menu yet? There is an option for that

When enabling a mod there is a button titled options click on it
