not getting any damage
its kinda weird wenn i install the mod i cannot take damage from npc gun fire is there a fix to this if yes please let me know

The reason why you aren't receiving any damage is because your playermodel is only those hands. If you look at yourself in thirdperson you can see that you are just a pair of floating arms with no hitboxes. You need to use this mod: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2257795841 and select the HEV hands under the "hands" tab while selecting a normal playermodel under "model" so you can go back to normal.
