Tarokhan's riddle
He promises us a powerful axe and says this riddle: "Search where you can't otherwise go".

Where is it? I can't think of any place.

In pass to Khorinis by Abandoned Mine. By using console:

goto waypoint START_OW_ABANDONEDMINE

You can read scripts of game here[github.com]. Axe is inserted to that place while dialogue.

Thank you. Didn't think that marvin mode would be required to get story items. This answers my question but I cannot mark your post as correct answer.

Using Marvin Mode is not necessary, you can go there also. :)
