After playing with this mod constantly enabled for almost 3 years now, I've noticed a consistent pattern. In every single game with nearly 20 different civilizations, not a single AI in the game ever chooses this.

They pick the vanilla societies, and the other new societies added from your mod just fine.
But literally never this one. Now, it could be a once-in-a-billion occurrence where I had astronomically bad luck and just happened to play nearly 100 games with about 20 AIs where literally none of them ever chose this society, but I'm willing to bet that maybe there's some coding errors with the AI that somehow prevents them from choosing this one.

I expect it may be due to a low weighting from the AI. The algorithm used to select secret societies might not see a benefit in choosing the first level of this society. It could also be an inherent flaw in the AI programming because this seems like consistent behaviour across all my modded societies.
