you can check if there are navmeshs by spawning an npc that needs one

then i guess you both got unlucky (so gman never spawns to spit out an error about not having a navmesh) and you also have no navmesh

hm well i cant really help beyond this

ok ill try in another map thats not hl2

im getting the same error, but he loads in. i know this because it loads his gibs with gibsplat 2

it usually calls him gman_high, prob because he is in high places.
