You cannot kill him.
Even if you tried this dude is invincible. (We all know btw) As long as you have very high IQ you could find a easy way to kill G-Man.

I used the Terminator weapons mod to kill him, specifically the 75-watt.

I used the BSMod, which allows you to instantly kill (some) NPCs from behind just by pressing the K.

You need for admin gun for super pistol.
