48 kg steel flak pants with combat extended
Thank you making/maintaining the mod but I found a bug when using it with CE.

Flak pants made before the mode is cloth flak pants/devilstrand flak pants. After using the mod, they are steel flak pants. In CE, you use a fabric plus steel to make flak pants. I guess the mod mistaken steel as the primary stuff.

Edit: updated CE and tested, no more bug
